Company Secretarial Services
Although under the Companies Act 2006 it is no longer a legal requirement for a Private Limited Company to appoint a company secretary, it is still vital that a company's filing duties and obligations are being met. Failure to do so could result in the company being fined, struck off the companies register or even criminal liability being lodged against the company directors. Company Seals and Nameplates
Many companies like to use a company seal for embossing important documents (such as special resolutions and share certificates) and although not a legal requirement in the UK, it is still highly regarded by many countries and gives that added authenticity.
The Companies Act 2006 requires all Companies to display the name of their company at it's registered office.
