London Law's unique software, accredited by Companies House, enables our clients to incorporate and register companies in England & Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland. The software interfaces with our in house database enabling us to review the data, and if necessary talk to our client,  before transmission to Companies House saving them the aggravation of receiving unneccesary rejection notices or error messages from Companies House.

In addition to Companies House Model Articles London Law offer a selection of Articles to choose from, all of which have been drafted by a well respected consultant in the field of Company Law. They include, A & B Shares, PLC, Guarantee, Flat Management & RTM (Right to Manage) amongst others. The  software also allows you to create a bespoke package tailored to your needs. Prior to the instructions being submitted to London Law the final screen allows you to review your data and choose from a selection of printed products and registers clearly showing the price changing as you select or deselect the various options.

London Law also handles any necessary documents needed for the justification of particular sensitive words advising on what is required and attaching the necessary documentation before the details are submitted.

As soon as the company is incorporated our in house system automatically generates an email sending a PDF copy of the Certificate of Incorporation and Articles to the nominated email regardless of what else has been purchased.
