London Law has a long tradition of providing trusted company formation, information and legal services since 1967. Over the decades, it became a well-respected leader in the industry, pioneering computerised processes as early as the 1980s and developing sophisticated software in the 1990s to support electronic company formations. That software, continually upgraded to reflect changes in company law and more recently the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act, is accredited by Companies House and remains a cornerstone of the service today.

London Law's platform enables clients to incorporate and register companies in England & Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland. The system interfaces with in-house software so that data can be checked and queries resolved before submission to Companies House, helping to avoid unnecessary delays or rejections. Clients also benefit from a wide selection of articles of association from Model Articles to Alphabet Shares, Guarantee, Flat Management, RTM (Right to Manage) and PLC or can tailor their own bespoke package.

In October 2024, London Law was acquired by Appleton Company Services Limited ("Appleton") , a trusted provider of global company formation, ID verification, and corporate secretarial services.
