Information is either extracted from Companies House records or from one of the UK's leading data providers of analysed data. Whatever the type of search we will ensure that you receive your information in the specified timescale.

Searches are made of the official records at Companies House or other registries to supply details of directors, shareholders, mortgages and copies of accounts, annual return and memorandum and articles of association and also general company information. A Full Company Search includes a typed report which provides registered office, filing dates, general company details along with directors, principal shareholders (if a private company) subsidiary and associated companies if declared, (despatched same day if ordered before 12 noon).

A Conveyancing Search provides details of any charges outstanding on the company's file which affect, or may affect, a given property, or provide details of all outstanding charges currently, or at a given date, (despatched on the same day if ordered before 12 noon). Copies of documents filed at Companies House are normally provided in PDF format and attached to an email. The documents are all included in one file which is bookmarked allowing for easy navigation between the various documents. There is no need to download each document separately and save them as individual files. We can still produce them in paper format and fax or post them if required, (despatched same day if ordered before 12 noon). Duplicate certificates of incorporation and change of name and certificates of good standing are supplied by the Companies Registration Office. The certificates are signed by an authorised signatory on behalf of the Registrar of Companies, reports can be ordered via our search request page.

Due Diligence or Money Laundering compliance

Searches that help you comply with Anti Money Laundering Regulations with regard to accepting instructions from your clients. Searches can be made against Companies and Partnerships and we can carry out validation checks on individuals to confirm authenticity of passport, driving licence and other data.

Database Business Reports

Using data purchased from the UK's leading supplier we are able to build reports to your specific requirements. Our Business Reports service covers basic company information through to complex analysis covering financial performance ratios, credit ratings and risk scores. We pride ourselves on the level of service provided and the speed of delivery, reports can normally be emailed or faxed within an hour.

Company Profile

The Company Profile provides a wealth of information including, filing dates, registered office address, date of incorporation, previous names, County Court Judgments together with a list of any unsecured creditors.

Company Status with Risk report

Company profile information plus a summary of the last 4 years accounts, if available, current directors names and addresses, credit rating and risk assessment presented as a score, together with salient business ratios.

Business Report

A more comprehensive report than the Status Report which includes industry quartiles and more analysis of the financial data showing up to 8 years financial details if available.

Directors Search

A list of directors of a given company, this can include past directors as well if required.

Non-Limited Company Standard Search

A high-level search against a trading address to check for County Court Judgments and Bankruptcies.

Company Monitoring form

A Company can be monitored on a monthly basis, any changes in details relating to filings at Companies House, London Gazette bankruptcy or County Court Judgments are alerted to you by email.

London Gazette

The London Gazette is the prime source of information relating to bankruptcies, creditors meetings, and appointments of liquidators, winding up orders, voluntary arrangements and final meetings. Database reports can be ordered via our Database report request page.
