Limited Liability Partnerships (LLP's) more popular.....

More and more clients are forming LLPs and setting one up is now easier than ever through London Law’s electronic web-formation service.
Our simple to use software enables you to enter your chosen name, registered address and member details. Your information is then sent to London Law where it is checked, before being transmitted electronically to Companies House, (we would contact you by telephone if any data looks incorrect, therefore avoiding unnecessary rejection notices from Companies House). Our automated systems will then inform you by email as soon as the LLP is incorporated as well as sending a PDF copy of the Certificate of Incorporation. London Law will deal with any communication with Companies House and alert you if there is a problem with the incorporation.
Various options can be chosen before submission to London Law including Printed LLP Register, LLP Agreement and Guaranteed Sameday Service. All the information can be saved and you can log in later to continue with your application.
To get started you will need a username and login for London Law’s Web Formation service. If you do not already have one click on ?Client Login? at the top right of our web page and then click on ?Register?. Once you have entered your details you will be emailed with a username and password to get you started.
LLPs are particularly suitable for businesses which involve a number of manager/ owners. Their main attraction is that they combine much of the limited liability protection afforded by companies with the flexibility and tax transparency afforded by partnerships. They can also be a lot more tax efficient for implementing succession planning arrangements.
