We provide a Certificate of Good Standing which is issued by the Companies Registry and is the proof of a company being up to date with its annual returns and government fees.

Certificate of Incumbency

We can provide a Certificate of Incumbency for a client company if required by a client. A Certificate of
Incumbency is issued by a Registered Agent of the company and usually provides details of Registered Agent, Registered Office, Directors and Secretary of a company. If required, the details provided on the Certificate of Incumbency can be customized. For example, details of the Shareholders can be added or details of Directors can be removed.

Apostille

We can arrange for the Apostilling of various company and other documents in a jurisdiction of a
company. We can arrange a batch of documents to be apostilled under one apostille or each document to be apostilled separately.

Legal Opinion or Legal Advice

We can refer a client to a local law firm in a particular jurisdiction for a Legal Opinion and/or Legal Advice in
relation to the client's company and its proposed activities.

Change of Company Name

We can arrange for the company name to be changed and registered at the Companies Registry. The
Certificate of Change of Name is issued by the Companies Registry and is a proof of the change.

Amendments to the Memorandum and Articles of Association

The Memorandum and Articles of Association ("M&A")of a company can be amended to a client's
specifications as long as the amendments are not contrary to the company laws of a jurisdiction.
Registration of Mortgages and Charges We can file a register of mortgages and charges at a
Companies Registry if such filing is required by a client.

Company Liquidations

If a client requires, we can arrange a formal liquidation of a company. However, the companies formed in
majority of jurisdictions do not require to be formally dissolved and can be simply struck off the Companies
Registry.
