General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

A new data privacy law (the General Data Protection Regulation, or GDPR) is being introduced on 25th May 2018. We have taken the opportunity to review and, where necessary, further improve our data processes and controls. London Law has always taken privacy very seriously and GDPR won’t change the way that we actually use personal information, however we have produced a new Privacy Policy, that will take effect from 25th May 2018, which will make it easier to explain how we protect personal information that we hold, how we will comply with the GDPR, and the legal rights that individuals have in respect of the personal information that we hold. The attached new Privacy Notice applies to all existing commercial agreements and services that we obtain from you personally [or from the organisation that you work for or otherwise represent], through London and any of its subsidiaries.
