Tonight the BBC’s Panorama program is looking at Company formation agents in particular the formation of offshore company formations. They state  ?Undercover reporters discover a world that specialises in secrecy, sells services which bend and breach UK law, is happy to help tax dodgers and even turns a blind eye to crime?.

London Law was established in 1967 and since then has taken its role in the formation of companies both in the UK and overseas very seriously. We are a founder member of ACRA (The Association of Company Registration Agents), follow their Code of Conduct and have a close working relationship with staff at Companies House in Cardiff.

London Law is registered for Money Laundering Regulation with HM Revenue and Customs and completes the necessary identification verification checks on all new clients wishing to incorporate a company in the UK and overseas. Without the information needed to complete the required identification checks, which include references from the referring Accountants when the company is overseas, the company would not be incorporated.

Some clients may think that London Law is slightly over the top asking for copy passports etc. when incorporating a standard English company but are happy to say that we do not specialise in ?secrecy? or sell ?services which bend and breach UK law? and we most certainly do not turn a ?blind eye to crime?.
