If you make any further use of our services it will be considered that you have read and agreed to the policy.

To this end we will only use such information you provide to undertake the actions necessary, such as forming a company or acting as the company secretary.  We require this information to ensure that we provide you with an efficient and responsive service.

Information required

You may browse our website without revealing your particulars. If you decide to use our services then we will require the following information: Your name, company name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone and fax numbers.

This information is stored on our database in our secure corporate offices.  The information is only accessible by designated staff and will only be used for the purposes for which you provide it.

We will not sell or pass any of this information on to any other provider or organisation.

Credit and debit card

In order to fulfil your order we may require details of your debit or credit card, its number and expiry date.   Once the payment is completed we will destroy all records of the card.

Personal data

Your personal data will be kept on our database for as long as you continue to use us or until you ask for it to be removed.

Marketing 

We will occasionally use your company information to question you about out services as part of our market research and quality control. Unless you advise us otherwise we will also inform you of any new products we have developed or issues of which we believe you may be interested.  If you do not wish to receive such information or questionnaires will you please contact our Marketing Manager in writing.

You have the right to request a copy of information we hold on you. This information, as defined in the Data Protection Act 1998, can be obtained, in writing and for a nominal fee, from our Office Manager.
