The Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Act
07 October 2015

The implementation of The Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Act will take place on Saturday 10th October 2015.

Personal Authentication Data is being replaced by a ?Consent to Act? when appointing Directors and Secretaries and also Members of Limited Liability Partnerships from 10th October 2015.

A written Consent to Act should be held by the company as proof of agreement by the Officer to be appointed. Companies House will notify all new officers of their appointment giving them a chance to dispute.

During this time submissions will be rejected as they are unable to queue these submissions for later processing.
