Server Upgrade Problems
London Law has recently undergone a major server upgrade to ensure that we continue to provide a first class service to our clients now, and in the future.
Unfortunately following the upgrade we experienced major problems communicating with Companies House causing a delay in lodging new company formations, these issues have since been resolved.
As a result of this, a backlog of company formations was created, and this took some time to clear. We are now receiving all the orders that we should and are able to lodge all companies with Companies House without problem.
Our IT people are still working on the software which emails Certificates, Memorandum and Articles of Association and PC Share Register download codes automatically. These are all being completed manually at present, and we hope the backlog to be cleared by Monday 9th February.
