IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PC SHARE REGISTER USERS
Following the recent update of PC Share Register, to include Persons of Significant Control information, we have identified that there is a problem with company formations being ordered via PC Share Register with London Law.
Director information is missing from the files that we receive making it impossible to lodge the company with Companies House.
Iris have identified the problem but need to release a new update incorporating the code fix, this is not due until on or around 25th July.
For the time being companies can be incorporated via London Law’s web formation service and imported into PC Share register software using a download code in the same way as normal.
Clients may already have a username and password and just need to go to www.londonlaw.co.uk and click on client login in the top right hand corner of the screen.
