Company Formation Service update

Dear Client,
The London Law Agency Limited (?London Law?) has upgraded its formation web application for Limited Companies (both Public and Private) and for LLPs to implement the provisions of the Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Act 2015 (?SBEEA?) including the requirement to provide information of Persons of Significant Control (?PSC?) and the SIC codes now required to incorporate in the United Kingdom.
London Law has also rewritten and upgraded the software application to improve easy use by the client and incorporate the benefits of the latest software.
Companies House implemented their changes at the end of June 2016. London Law’s upgraded system together with our staff providing advice on the practical aspects of the changes brought in by SBEEA has ensured an improved and continuous service. The system utilises the benefit of over 50 years practical knowledge of Company Registration procedures of our director and staff. It simplifies the application of the changes and takes account of the increasing complexity of the legislation.
London Law has absorbed increased charges in postage, software development and office overheads for a number of years. We have reviewed our pricing structure and increased some of our charges for company formation and associated services to take account of the changes in demand, although we have also reduced some of the Agency charges relating to more specialist Articles which are now readily accessible on our website.
London Law has always taken client service extremely seriously and we are confident that the upgraded systems will enable clients to keep updated with all of the changes in company incorporations that will undoubtedly take place in the future. For instance if and when Brexit takes place the money laundering directives of the EEC will probably be changed to comply with FATFA’s requirements.
