Companies House upgrade Friday 7th September

Companies House have issued the following communication this afternoon
”As a result of an upgrade to our incorporation services, we will be unable to process any applications received after 12 noon on Friday 7th September.
Applications received after this time will be processed on Monday 10th September.
Any same day incorporations required must be received by 12 noon.
Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause”.
London Law will need to receive any applications in good time to allow us to lodge them with Companies House before 12 noon.
