Changes to company incorporation from 30th June

Dear Clients,
We are now approaching the June implementation of the Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Act which will take place on 30th June 2016.
Companies House will need to make changes to their systems to allow PSC (Persons of Significant Control) data to be filed with all new company and LLP incorporations.
During the implementation our aim is to minimise any disruption to our services, although we also have to publish new software, to take into account the data that is required to be filed.
Our current web application will be taken off-line shortly after 5pm this evening and will be replaced by our new software, hopefully, tomorrow morning.
PC Share Register users will be required to download the latest update from Iris for any new company incorporations placed after 5pm this evening to ensure that formations lodged with Companies House are sent in the new format.
